Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges (Italy & EU)

If you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so within 14 calendar days from the delivery date, in accordance with Italian and EU consumer laws.
The item must be in perfect condition, unused, and returned in its original packaging.
Used items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Important:

• Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
  

To request a return or exchange, please contact us at kusithelabel@gmail.com, providing your name, order number, and the reason for the request.
We will then provide you with the return address. The item must be shipped in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.

Exchanges must be made for an item of equal or greater value.
If you prefer a refund, the product price will be fully reimbursed once the item has been returned and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer must send the package to our Italian address at their own cost and responsibility.
Shipping costs paid during checkout are non-refundable unless legally required under the 14-day right of withdrawal for non-used items.

Defective Item Return

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it and attach a clear photo showing the issue.

Our team will inform you of the next steps.
Once approved, we will replace the item at no cost to you.

Requests for defective items must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery. After this period, the return cannot be processed.

Damage Caused by External Factors (Within Warranty Period)

All products are covered by a 29-day guarantee from the date of delivery.
However, damage caused by improper care, exposure to perfumes or abrasive products, dropping, bending, or any misuse will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Items Purchased During Promotional Periods

If promotional items are returned, any free gifts or promotional products included in the offer must also be returned.
If the customer chooses to keep the promotional item, its value will be deducted from the refund and cannot be reimbursed.
